condosrl.it presents CONDO, condominium management software for property managers. The site does not sell products or services online: its content is for information only and is not a public offer; commercial terms are agreed directly with CONDO SAS.

CONDO is a trademark of CONDO SAS. Texts, illustrations, technical drawings, 3D models, videos and documents on this site belong to CONDO SAS or are used under licence; they may not be reproduced or reused without written permission, except where the law allows.

The Manrope typeface is distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Google and WhatsApp are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify the linked services.

We take care to keep the published information accurate, but product features and availability may change: signed agreements prevail. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; CONDO SAS is not responsible for their content.

Material in the members’ area is available only after the confidentiality agreement (NDA) has been signed and approved; the NDA governs its use.

CONDO SAS provides this statement voluntarily. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 level AA (standard EN 301 549).

Compliance status: partially conformant. The assessment was carried out internally in October 2026 with automated tools (axe) and manual keyboard checks.

Known limitations:

  • the animated 3D scene on the home page is decorative: it is hidden from assistive technologies and all information is also available as text;
  • animations are reduced when the system’s reduced-motion preference is on; some looping animations are being reviewed to add a pause control;
  • the NDA is a laid-out PDF: its full text is also available as accessible text in the signing flow, where a drawn signature can be replaced by typing your name;
  • some colour contrasts and focus indicators are being reviewed.
